Though we do not count the messages, if we feel that you would be better off in a follow appointment we will move you to one.

By targeting the root causes of metabolic dysfunction, the program supports long-term health improvements and a more balanced, energized lifestyle.

We start with labs so we can better understand your body. After labs are obtained, we bring you back in for a consultation to discuss which program you intend to start. This can be done both virtually and in person!
There are several studies showing improvement in metabolic health, inflammation and we are here to support this. We offer microdosing on a case by case basis.
